The room with unique decor was huge.

The hotel is well-run with top-class employees who were all very selfless in their assistance to us and tireless waiting upon our every request. The pool area is lovely too. Everything first-class. Relaxing base for exploring Lagoi.  

The lobby is a traditional Balinese marvel with stone walls, wooden pillars, and whirling fans. The activities and workshops are a journey of resilience. Treetops serves delectable breakfast, Saffron cooks Thai food with finesse. The 

The staff. Each employee was welcoming and they did everything to make our stay comfortable. Everyone was very professional. The restaurants are excellent and the portion sizes are generous.

The villa was excellent - beautiful unblocked view of the sea from the outdoor area of our villa, to the bedroom and the bathroom. We were afraid that the villa may be worn out but to our surprise, the 

The restaurant was particularly good for the lovely food, we ordered simple dishes. Its the sea view and incredibly polite and attentive staff were the key features!

Some of the staff were kind of rude.

The resort's location is ideal for beach lovers, with the ocean right at the doorstep and a stunning beach nearby with various water activities. The rooms are beautifully decorated and offer an incredible view of the outdoor

Fantastic resort located on the seaside in a wide environment; each room is in fact a private small house with all comfort, TV, wifi, terrace and Jacuzzi in our case. Great quality of the staff. Beautiful beach. Very good stay only from one hour 

Lush Rainforest and Secluded Beaches: Nestled on the beautiful Bintan Island, the hotel is surrounded by towering trees, hillside terrain, and secluded beaches. It's like stepping into a magical oasis, where nature comes alive in all its glory. 

Dated, overpriced, tonnes of Mosquitos, overall not worth the money. Not much of a view, no access to the beach.

A truly tranquil environment with well-maintained property. The spa was incredible, providing the best hot stone massage we've ever had. The beach had powder white soft sand and warm sea water. Overall
